Pepin Distributing Company kicked off American Craft Beer Week (May 11th – 17th) with the 5th annual Brews With Attitude Craft Beer + Cider Fest. BWA featured over 120 brands, cider mixology, firkins, brewer meet and greets, brew local drink local brewers pit, live music and outdoor big screen TV trucks to show the Tampa Bay Lightning Stanley cup playoff game. The festival pulled in 1500 retailers and consumers. The timing of the event aligned perfectly with the news that Visit Tampa Bay will be launching a summer campaign that will focus on the best local libations Tampa has to offer. #BrewsWithAttitude was the 4th top trending topic on Twitter most of Tuesday, and received over 1.2 million impressions on Twitter and Instagram combined.
