If Tom Brady and Phil Mickelson win The Match: Champions for Charity on Sunday, May 24th, 2020, Pepin Distributing along with 102.5 The Bone (WHPT-FM) and 107.3 The Eagle (WXGL-FM) will make an announcement through selected media channels, including its websites, that eligible consumers can obtain one Twelve (12) pack of Michelob Ultra on Tuesday, May 26th, 2020 (“Redemption Date”). To obtain the Free Twelve (12) pack of Michelob Ultra, consumers must visit the participating Total Wine & More (Address: 1720 N Dale Mabry Hwy Tampa, Florida 33607) between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. (local time) on the Redemption Date only and request a free Twelve (12) pack of Michelob Ultra. Free Twelve Pack of Michelob Ultra will not be offered on any other date or time, regardless of circumstance, except that Sponsor reserves the right to change the Redemption Date at its sole discretion for participating Total Wine & More location. Limit one (1) Free Twelve pack of Michelob Ultra per person, per vehicle. Participating Total Wine & More store manager reserves the right to deny Free Twelve Pack of Michelob Ultra to any person he/she reasonably believes has already received a Free Twelve Pack of Michelob Ultra or has engaged in any other fraudulent activity. By participating, each consumer agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, consumer’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
By participating, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Tampa, Florida for the resolution of any disputes related to this Promotion.
