Budweiser Launch ‘King of Tampa Bay Sports’ Raffle

TAMPA, FL – The Tampa Bay Sports Commission (TBSC) has launched the second installment of ‘Budweiser Presents: King of Tampa Bay Sports’ raffle contest. This unique initiative gives Tampa Bay sports fans the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to win tickets to over 200 local events over the course of the next year. These lower-level season tickets will include admission to all five professional franchises regular season home games for one entire season (Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning, Rays, Storm and Rowdies), in addition to the 2014 University of South Florida (USF) Football season, the 2014-15 USF Men’s Basketball season, the 2015 Outback Bowl, 2015 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, 2015 Valspar Championship, 2014 Beef O’ Brady’s Bowl and the 2015 Tampa Bay Derby at Tampa Bay Downs.

 

Pepin Distributing Director of Marketing and Tampa Bay Sports Commission Immediate Past Chairman of the Board, Bill Gieseking stated, “As the King of Beers, Budweiser is proud to once again present the King of Tampa Bay Sports. We feel fortunate to help fulfill one of the wildest dreams of a local sports fan.”

 

Only 200 total contest entries are available at select price points. One entry can be purchased at $200.00, three entries for $500.00 and 10 entries at $1500.00. The winner will be drawn at the Commission’s annual signature event, the 4th Annual Tampa Bay Sneaker Soiree, on June 18, 2014, at TPepin’s Hospitality Centre.

 

Continuing the Commission’s community-first efforts, proceeds from the contest will go to benefit local youth sports programming. TBSC Executive Director, Rob Higgins was quoted as saying, “We are blessed with the best community sports partners on the planet. This is yet another testament of them stepping up for our local kids.”
