  • Pepin Distributing Company is currently accepting applications for the entry-level sales and delivery department positions below:
    1. Line Cleaner- responsible for cleaning and maintaining draught beer lines in On Premise accounts and venues. This position does not require a CDL. Five day work week with Saturday and Sunday off.
    2. Merchandiser - responsible for handling product deliveries, building displays, maintaining stock and store execution in grocery stores. This position does not require a CDL. Five day work week includes Saturday and Sunday. Days off will vary Monday thru Thursday.
    3. Assistant Service Representative - runs bulk or side load delivery routes in 40' trailers or 20 bay side load trailers. Deliveries made to chain convenient stores, liquor stores and independent stores. This position requires a Class A CDL license. Monday-Friday but does require some Saturdays. We are looking for people that have good interpersonal skills in order to interact with customers, take initiative, who are neat, courteous and work well will little supervision. These positions require that you be able to perform the following essential functions:
    • Repetitive lifting and overhead stacking of objects weighting 32 pounds and greater from a variety of positions like standing, crouching, kneeling on a daily basis.
    • Repetitive lifting of heavy objects weighting up to 170 lbs. from a variety of positions like standing, crouching, kneeling on a daily basis.
    • Repetitive entering, exiting, operating and riding in a vehicle on a daily basis.
    • Repetitive lifting, pushing/pulling of a loaded hand truck over long distances on a daily basis.
    • Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods without getting tired.
    • React quickly using hands, fingers or feet.
    • Coordinate movement of several parts of the body, such as arms and legs, while the body is moving.
    • Use muscles and be physically active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath.
  • Any applicant hired by PDC without a class 'A' CDL may request to be trained and tested by a PDC CDL approved trainer. A $3,800.00 fee will be charged to the requesting employee for this valuable training, if the employee departs Pepin Distributing Company within one (1) year of employment. This fee will cover costs PDC incurs for your training.

    • leaving the scene of an accident in the past 5 years,
    • vehicular homicide in the past 7 years,
    • any points accumulated on your Driver's License

  • Pepin Distributing Company is currently accepting applications for the entry-level positions in the warehouse. The warehouse positions involve the basic duties of shipping/loading beer. There is only one shift that is available. This position is a 5 day work week, averaging 40-45 hours. The position has a total compensation rate of $15.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on experience. Scheduled work days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with Saturday and Sunday off. Shift starts at 11:30 AM. This position requires that you be able to perform the following essential functions:
    • This position requires repetitive lifting and overhead stacking of object weighting 32 pounds and greater on a daily basis.
    • This position requires heavy lifting of objects weighting up to 170 lbs. on a daily basis.
    • This position requires the ability to operate a forklift.
  • Employees promoted from warehouse to the sales department would also be required to pass te following qualifications:
    • This position requires repetitive entering, exiting, operating and riding in a vehicle on a daily basis.
    • This position requires repetitive lifting, pushing/pulling of a loaded handtruck on a daily basis.
    • The sales department must also not have had any of the following:
      • 4 or more moving violations in the last 3 years,
      • 2 or more moving violations in the past year,
      • reckless operation of a motor vehicle in the past 5 years,
      • driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the past 5 years,
      • leaving the scene of an accident in the past 5 years,
