Conditions – By participating, entrants, winner, and winner’s companion agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, including but not limited to Pepin Distributing Company, World of Beer, SweetWater Brewing Company and their respective advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if the Contest cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded including, but not limited to due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Contest in any way shall be disqualified. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.
By entering, entrants agree to: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules, Sponsors’ Privacy Policy and the decisions of the sponsors and (b) give his or her express permission to be contacted by Sponsors by email, mail or phone. By submitting an Entry, entrant consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media worldwide, now known or hereafter developed (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the web site, and/or the legitimate operation of the Contest; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors, which corrupt or affect the operation, administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Contest, Sponsors may, in their sole discretion, disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process (a) cancel or terminate the Contest (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Contest or suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules.
Release and Limitations of Liability. Grand Prize Winner: Winner will be notified by phone, e-mail or social media and will be required to respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours indicating whether he/she can accept the prize. If no response is received within the time allotted, an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting). Any alternates selected will also be required to respond to the notification within twenty-four (24) hours. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within one (1) day of prize acceptance. Winners’ guest must be at least 21 years of age as of the end date of the Sweepstakes and will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within the same period. In the event of noncompliance within any time period, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting, upon the discretion of the sponsor).
For all Prize Winners: Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued landline, internet or wireless service which may result in potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner (time permitting for Grand Prize, upon the discretion of the sponsor). Winners have to pick up their prize from Pepin Distributing Company in Tampa in 2 days (48 hours) of the initial announcement.
Employees and the immediate families of employees of SweetWater Brewing Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees and the immediate families of wholesale distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and all retail licensees are ineligible. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes on prizes, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winners.
Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.
